  This is my first visit to NovaCare and I was very impressed. This was not a rushed inventory of what the issue was with my shoulder, a partially torn rotator cuff. I was guided through the exam and all my questions were fully explained so I knew exactly was was to be done. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. At no time did I feel rushed. It is not at all an assembly line process like i felt with a hospital associated physical therapy office. These folks are great and am very happy I found them. Definitely recommended.
