  I've been taking my cars to this shop & their one in Germantown for tires and both routine & emergent maintenance for well over 10 years.
  While they haven't always given me happy news about what needs fixing; I have always been content with their service.
  I've *never* had a problem with their service or their staff at the front counter. Nor have I *ever* gotten that feeling I often get at car dealerships -- that feeling of having overpaid or of having been taken for a ride.
